| 概要 |
The first experiment of extraction of ion beam from a beam-plasma ion source is described. Beam currents of argon-ions as functions of several parameters, the extraction voltage, the extraction geomet...ry and the gas pressure, have been measured. The experimental results are analysed using Langmuir-Child formula and electron-beam trace theory. The maximum beam current extracted was about 1.5 mA with about 2 mm beam diameter.続きを見る
