Abstract |
Single particle states of 41Ca were invesigated with the (\vec{d}, p) reaction. Measurements were performed using 56MeV polarized deuteron beam from AVF cyclotron at RCNP. The data were analyzed with ...DWBA calculations. Level energies, spin-parities and spectroscopic factors for excited states at Ex = 0~5MeV were determined and analyzed. The spectroscopic strength of the ground state (1f7/2 state) of 41Ca was determined to be 0.76 and no other 1f7/2 states were observed. It may be concluded that the imperfection of neutron occupation probability in the 1f7/2 orbit is due to a break of closed shell structure of 40Ca neutron shell.show more
