As Ito-Saisai met most of consumers’ needs, other facilities suffered falls in profits and some were closed down. In addition to necessity of solution on the problem of aging of some farmers, they were needed countermeasures such as dealing with unique products and setting facilities of farming experience for urban inhabitants as well as effective advertisement.
