Abstract A progress of the time-resolved X-ray diffractometry has been reported. The system is for a typical laboratory X-ray diffractometer. The minimum time interval is about 25 μs, which depends on the hard...ware of the devices and the computer software. Measurements of time-resolved rocking curves of a pulse heated lithium fluoride have been carried out. They have clearly shown the evolution of the heat diffusion.show more
