In this report, the problems of design process for air-conditioning system that appear in the phase of construction, field test and operation are extracted. Inverter pumps are often adopted as seconda...ry pump in current water distribution system. But the design method was developed based on using constant pumps. So, there is a miss much between actual situation and design method. It is important to consider how to use the pumps in the operation phase. Necessity of new and practical design method for water distribution systems in heating and cooling plants is shown.show more
