概要 |
The wind load design of transmission lines requires the information of strong wind caused by a typhoon. The information in a mountainous area, where wind observation data are not sufficient, is to be ...made by a computational simulation. Although WRF, one of meso-scale atmospheric. models, is said to be most useful for reproducing a wind distribution associated with a typhoon, it is known that the calculation conditions of WRF model affect strongly the accuracy of the wind estimation. This paper discussed the best parametric combination of WRF by comparing the model results with the track and central pressure of typhoon BART (No.18 in 1999) determined by Japan Meteorological Agency and the wind data observed by Network of Wind Measurement of Kyushu, NeWMeK.続きを見る
