Abstract Nowadays, RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) is used in many fields. Especially the passive RFID will be dramatically used from the advantage that a battery is not needed from now on. However, the ...communication capability of passive RFID is greatly influenced by communication distance and inclination of antenna. This paper proposes the rectifier for obtaining efficiently the charge voltage used as the power supply of weak coupled passive RFID. Using MOSFET (V_T ≈ 0) and voltage doubler, instead of conventional pn junction diode , makes charging voltage in K=0.001 or less possible.show more
