二樹種集成梁に関する研究(II) : 表板と芯板の割合と修正係数との関係におよぼすスパン・梁高比の影響

概要 この研究と第1報とから得られた結果を要約すると, (1) 二樹種集成梁の表板と芯板の割合と曲げヤング係数,曲げ比例限度荷重および曲げ破壊荷重に対する修正係数(実測値/計算値)の値とは,試験したいずれのスパン・梁高比にても無関係であった. (2) 曲げヤング係数は,いずれのスパン・梁高比にても近似計算値に対する修正係数と正確計算値に対する修正係数との間に有意差がなかった. (3) 曲げ比例限度荷重お...よび破壊荷重においては,いずれのスパン・梁高比にても近似計算値に対する修正係数が正確計算値に対する修正係数より小さかった. (4) 修正係数とスパン・梁高比との関係については,スパン・梁高比の増大とともに修正係数も大となる傾向が認められる.しかしその理由については,なお詳細な実験が必要である.
In Part Ⅰ, it was verified that there was no relationships between ratios of core depth to beam depth and correction factors, when ratio of span to beam depth, l/h=13. This study was developed to obtain any effects of l/h on above mentioned results, and moreover any relationships between correction factors and l/h, when l/h=9 and 17. Core material was air-dried Tsuga-wood (Tsuga Sieboldii Carr.) and face material was air-dried Kashi-wood (Quercus spp.), and all experiments were carried out on the same processing-and testing-conditions of each lamina and laminated wood as described in Part Ⅰ. Following results were obtained. (I) In all tested ratios of span to beam depth, there were no relationships between ratios of core depth to beam depth and correction factors for bending modulus of elasticity, bending load at proportional limit and maximum bending load at rupture. (2) Modulus of elasticity ; There was little difference between correction factors for approximately and accurately calculated values in all ratios of span to beam depth. (3) Load at proportional limit and maximum load at rupture : Correction factors for approximately calculated values were always less than that for accurately calculated values in all ratios of span to beam depth. (4) Correction factors became larger with increasing ratio of span to beam depth, as indicated in Fig.3.
