Abstract "3.12" means the day when the first explosion in the Fukushima nuclear power plant. A huge earthquake (M9.0) occurred at Marchill, 2011, 3 prefectures in the Tohoku Area which faced the Pacific Ocean ...suffered serious damage by Tsunami, so this seismic hazard was named the Great East Japan Earthquake. In this paper, we researched the risk communication by the government in those days about this serious accidents of Fukushima nuclear power plant. As a result, we judged that their information control has gone wrong. Since they failed, people demand the strictest standard of this problem. But this standard has mistaken risk assesment for risk management. Therefore, This mistake must be corrected.show more
