Notes	本研究の目的は，個別心理療法に過去参加したクライエントとその保護者を対象に質問紙調査を行い，個別面接終結後における適応状況について報告を行うことであった。質問紙調査の結果より，個別心理療法において，クライエントや保護者に対して，受容感や安心感が得られるようなアプローチを行うことができたことが示唆された。しかし個別心理療法終結後クライエントや保護者は日常での劣等感や不安を感じており，子どもの適応状態と保護者の精神的健康は強く関連していることがわかった。よって，個別心理療法終結後も継続的な支援としてクライエントや保護者へ，一定経過毎に面接や聞き取りによるフォローアップを行う必要があると考えられる。
Notes	The purpose of this study was to investigate adaptation after the end of individual psychotherapy to the client and their parents who had participated in past individual psychotherapy by using questionnaire. It found that the results of the questionnaire, for a client and parents, individual psychotherapy was effective in support of to get a sense of security and a sense of acceptance. However, after the end of individual psychotherapy, it found that client and parents have felt the anxiety and sense of inferiority in daily life and the mental health of an adaptive state and protection of children are strongly associated. Therefore, it is considered that even after the end of individual psychotherapy, it is necessary for the child and parents, as continued support, make a follow-up interview or listen to every certain period of time.
