The purpose of this study was to investigate adaptation after the end of individual psychotherapy to the client and their parents who had participated in past individual psychotherapy by using questionnaire. It found that the results of the questionnaire, for a client and parents, individual psychotherapy was effective in support of to get a sense of security and a sense of acceptance. However, after the end of individual psychotherapy, it found that client and parents have felt the anxiety and sense of inferiority in daily life and the mental health of an adaptive state and protection of children are strongly associated. Therefore, it is considered that even after the end of individual psychotherapy, it is necessary for the child and parents, as continued support, make a follow-up interview or listen to every certain period of time.
