Notes	本研究では，うつ病患者に対してロールシャツハ・テストと臨床動作法を用いて体験様式の理解のプロセスについて報告した。現在うつ病になりやすい性格特性についての報告が多々なされているが，うつ病患者は，睡眠や食欲など身体的な症状と，気分の落ち込みや意欲の低下，希死念慮など精神的な症状を生じる。さらにうっという診断の受け入れの困難や周囲の無理解など様々な生きづらさを抱えている。本研究ではそのようなうつ病患者への臨床動作法による心理的援助の可能性について報告した。そのなかで，同じうつ病という診断を持ちつつも異なる困難さを示す患者AとBそれぞれに対し，グループでの臨床動作法を用いて困難さにアプローチしていく有効性について考察した。具体的に，自分の身体に注意を向けることが難しかったAは身体感覚への気づきを目指し，自分のことよりもグループ全体に合わせることに意識が向きがちなBは自分の身体感覚や共に課題に取り組むことに意識を向けることを目指した。結果，うつ病患者への臨床動作法を用いた援助は効果的であるように思われた。また，今回は限られたセッションでの関わりとなったが，より継続的なアプローチの中で日常の変化もふまえて考察していく課題が残された。
Notes	The present study reports the process of the understanding the inner experience by using Rorschach test and the application of Dohsa-hou for patient with depression. Patient with depression have physical symptoms such as sleep and appetite irregularities and mental symptoms such as suicidal ideation and decrease in desires. In addition it is difficult to live with the diagnosis of Depression, moreover the stigmatization of people in the society. The present study reports on the possibility of helping depressed patients through the application of Dohsa-hou. Both patients A and B have difficulty in concentrating on their own body, however, patient B also concentrated on acting in line with the whole group. The aim of the present study is to allow A and B to be able to concentrate on their body sensations and also for B to cope with the Dohsa task together with her therapist. As a result, the application of Dohsa-hou for the patient with depression seemed to be effective. Moreover, a more continuous approach to the application of Dohsa-hou to the daily life should be considered.
