The purpose of this study was to report group psychotherapy programs for junior high school students with Asperger's syndrome and another developmental difficulties. Program 1 "Let's goal game", and program 3 "Which is your favorite?" were aimed to improve discussion-skills and awareness to the others. Program 2 "balloon volleyball" was aimed to improve a sense of togetherness and cohesivess in active play. Program 4 "Let's make a big ship!" and program 5 "psychodrama" were aimed at the experience which facilitates self-expression and that of acceptance by others. In the explanation of program 6 "programs designed by children", an important viewpoint to assist children designing a program by themselves was discussed. Finally, the viewpoint necessary for planning the programs were explained in the following four points; (a) the experience of voluntary self expression and that of acceptance by other children, (b) introduction of activities with complex rules, ( c) introduction of dialogue between the members, ( d) giving children the role of group-leaders for programs designed by children themselves.
