It requires optimal controls on renewable resources to manage stably for a firm exploiting from renewable resources and selling it. In such case, it needs to consider both exploitations and growth of renewable resources. The purpose of this paper is to analyze qualitatively about dynamic optimization on a firm considering renewable resources. For static equilibrium solution, it shows that monopoly is resource protective. Dynamic equilibrium solution is consisted of static, competitive and monopoly, equilibrium solutions. In addition, it is show that Dynamic equilibrium solution converge to either competitive or monopoly equilibrium solution as taking a limits in discount rate.
