| Abstract |
35 years have passed since the reconciliation of the diplomatic relations between Japan and China. Meanwhile, the business relation developed on the gorge of the politics and the economy and it tries ...to advance toward the new step. One of the key words with the new step will be "cooperation" (the alliance). To make "the relation of profiting each other" and "the relation in competition and cooperation" simultaneously between the Japanese company and the growing Chinese company will be important. We must think of the development among the two countries from the side of the trade, the technology transfer and the supply chain building of the production site, as well as, the exchange of corporative culture and sharing of the management sense of values. Cooperation by means of M＆A (merger and acquisitions) is increasing recently between the foreign capital and the Chinese company. However, when the cooperation stays only in the combination of the capital/organization ties and does not share any new management sense of values, it might be low effect. In this article, we consider about the cooperation in business between the Japanese and the Chinese companies mainly in the field of electronic industry.
国交回復から35年、日中間のビジネスは政治と経済の狭間で様々な曲折を経ながら発展を遂げ、今新たな段階へ進もうとしている。その際のキーワードのひとつが「連携」（アライアンス）であろう。成長著しい中国の企業との間で「お互いに利する関係」と「競争と協調」の関係を同時に作り上げるのは、貿易や技術の移転、生産現場のサプライ・チェーンの中で分業にとどまらず、企業風土の交流や経営価値観の共有という側面からも重要である。最近外資と中国企業との問でM＆A（買収）による企業連携も増加しているが、資本関係や組織だけの結合で、経営価値観の共有や新しい風土の醸成が伴なわねば実効を上げることは難しいと思われる。本稿では日本の電機メーカーの対中事業を視座に中国企業との連携について考察する。show more
