里親家庭で暮らしている里子や実子、そしてこれから里親家庭で暮らす子どもを支えるためのツール「フォスタリングカードキットTOKETA」は、子どもが里親家庭を理解する過程において対話の機会を創り、子どもと支援者との信頼関係の醸成および安心できる場の形成を目指したカードキットである。３種類のカードおよびその手引き等から構成される。カードキットとしてデザインした理由は、子ども家庭福祉の観点から、子どもの意...見表明権に代表される「子どもの権利」の保障を目指したことによる。近年、福祉分野において、課題解決を目指してデザインが活用される局面が少なくない。その際に、当事者の権利から如何にデザインを実装していくのか、その手法的事例を示せたと言える。
The Fostering Card Kit TOKETA, is a tool that support foster, biological, and soon-to-be foster children living in foster families. TOKETA creates opportunities for dialogues and promotes the understanding of foster care for children in the process of creating a space of trust and security between children, their supporters, and others. The card format was chosen to ensure the Rights of the Child represented by the Right to express one’s views from the perspective of child and family welfare. In recent years, there have been many situations in the field of welfare where design is used for solving problems. In this context, it can be said that we were able to provide a methodical example for practicing design from the perspective of the rights of the people involved.続きを見る
