私たちのコミュニケーションは視覚情報や身体の接触など非言語コミュニケーションが大きな役割を担っている．本研究では触覚を用いたコミュニケーションに着目し，触覚デバイスを用いた感情の伝達により新たな経験を得られるか，得られた場合にそれがどのような経験か，そして触覚デバイスはどのように感情を伝達するかを調査した．実験では，参加者は 2 つのソフトテニスボールをチューブで繋げることで空気伝達を可能にした触...覚デバイスを用いて，1 人が動画を鑑賞したときの感情をリアルタイムで共有し，もう 1 人がそれを受け取った．このとき，動画を見て感じた感情と触覚デバイスから伝わってきた感情や得られた新たな経験についてのアンケート調査を行った．これを元に感情の共有についてデータから得られた見解と参加者の感想を報告する．本研究は，より豊かなオンラインコミュニケーションに貢献できると考える
Nonverbal communication such as visual information and physical interaction play an important role in our communication. In this study, we focused on communication through haptics, and investigated whether conveying emotions through the haptic device provides a new experience, if so, what kind of experience it is, and how the haptic device convey the emotion. In the experiment, participants used the haptic device that can convey air pressure by connecting two soft tennis balls with a tube. One participant shared emotions felt from the video, while the other participant received the emotions. We conducted questionnaire about the emotions felt from the video or received from the haptic device, and the new experiences they got. We report on the data and the participants' experiences. We think that this research can contribute to richer online communication.続きを見る
