概要 | The relationship between water content (wt%) and XFe value (Fe/ (Fe+ Mg)) of hornblendes from granitic rocks, gabbroic rocks and ultramafic rocks (mainly hornblendite) does not show the relationship b...etween those values of ideal formulae. The magnesian varieties contain excess water to the ideal contents and the ferruginous ones contain defficient water to those. The ferruginous hornblendes contain large amounts of fluorine and the total fluidal amounts exceed the ideal values. In δD-XFe diagram the hornblendes from the plutonic rock series are plotted in a narrow belt, which is nearly parallel to the inclination of Suzuoki-Epstein's experimental line, and the estimated δD value of ambient water related to the formation of these rocks is -30±10%. The amphiobles from kimberlite nodules, alkali basalt nodules, anorthosites and some metamorphic rocks show different patterns from those of plutonic rocks series in the water content-X_Fe and δD-XFe relations.続きを見る |
