This paper surveys the status quo of fusion technologies of neural networks, fuzzy systems, and genetic algorithms. We review two aspects: research and industrial applications. Research in this field ...is categorized into six fusion technologies: NN for FS, FS for GA, GA for NN and vice versa. Industrial applications include several consumer products, an industrial machine, control, scheduling, and color recipe prediction.
