概要 |
This is a case study of a trial facilitator training for structured encounter group using the "collaborative method Ⅳ". Six trainee facilitators each facilitated a structured encounter group (12 sessi...ons, 90 minutes every week, in university campus) with an experienced facilitator, and the "collaborative method Ⅳ" and the unstructured session were introduced to the group. In this study, the group structure and group process was described, and 3 points ere discussed, (1) Facilitator's experiences, (2) The meaning of the unstructured session, (3), Notes of the theme setting. We conclude that "Collaborative method" is a useful method for facilitator training for structured encounter group.続きを見る
