概要 |
It has been found that the importance of development of self-awareness for therapists themselves in their clinical action. The present study conducted a survey on the self-awareness and self-monitorin...g of the therapists contain. The results showed that most of the self-awareness is based on innate characteristics and skills as a therapist, and that most of the self-monitoring is based on mental and physical state of themselves, their involvement to others and what they are likely in the society. Both contains not only aspiration to improve or control self-presentation or emotion, but also contains awareness of their own states to use it for themselves and their therapy and interests in self-awareness it self. Further, the study shows that therapists are away from work for a while for their health maintenance, on the other hand, their self-awareness and self-monitoring are not only conducted in their time as a therapist, but also they are conscious of links to what they are likely in daily life.続きを見る
