概要 |
We carried out the numerical simulation on the oxygen-deficient water mass formed in the southwestern part of Suo-Nada in summer. The calculated properties were momentum, buoyancy, dissolved phosphoru...s, particulate phosphorus and dissolved oxygen. Consequently, we could reproduce the oxygen-deficient water mass near the coast as we observed. The time scales of generation and disappearance of oxygendeficient water mass were also well reproduced comparing with the observed values. The particulate phosphorus is gradually accumulated toward the coast due to the resuspension by tidal current and the estuarine circulation developed in coastal ocean in summer。 It was considered that particulate organisms resuspending and decomposing intensively during the spring tide generate local and temporal oxygen-deficient water mass near the coast in Suo-Nada.続きを見る
