概要 |
The purpose of this paper is to suggest an evaluation procedure for hypothetical patients suffering from difficult articulation disorder, and to verify this procedure. In Japanese patients with this d...isorder, pronouncing the two particular syllables [k^ji] and [tɕi] is often substituting. In order to delve deeper into the background of this phenomenon and to gain a better understanding, a new criteria process was explored. From observing patients first-hand with this difficulty, a realization came to the author that there are actually two categories to this particular disorder. A deviation from the categorical perception was noticed that there are those who are unaware of their different pronunciation, but noticed by others (Type A). Alternatively there are those patients who are unaware of their correct pronunciation, but noticed by others (Type B). By classifying the type of problem being experienced from these two types of articulation disorder, the displacement of categorical perception can be evaluated, and acted upon.続きを見る
