In the numerical verification method of solutions for nonlinear fourth order elliptic equations in nonconvex polygonal domains, it is important to find a constant in the constructive a priori error es...timate for the finite element approximation of bi-harmonic problems. We show these procedures by verified computational techniques using the Hermite spline functions for the two dimensional L-shaped domain.
