| 概要 | This book chronicles 10 years of research in the phenomenon of spontaneous ordering in semiconductor alloys. The book begins with a detailed account of the phenomenon and the structural and electronic...modifications it induces, then examines ordering mechanisms and the use of surfactants to control the phenomenon. X-ray studies of the order parameter, electron microscopy/electron diffraction, and diffraction anomalous fine structure studies are analyzed. The remainder of the book deals with electronic properties, with chapters on the physics of alloy statistical fluctuations, upconversion phenomena, polarization-sensitive devices, and phonons.
