| 概要 | The Spencer Museum, part of the U. of Kansas, was founded following a 1917 gift of 7500 works of western and eastern art from Sallie Casey Thayer. This volume presents the Asian textiles of that colle...tion and subsequent acquisitions, with examples from a broad geographical area. Dusenbury (president of the Textile Society of America, she's affiliated with the Center for East Asian Studies at the U. of Kansas) has written lengthy entries for each of the 91 works included.
