| 概要 | The International Court of Justice has inherited from the 1923-46 Permanent Court of International Justice, not only its institutional structure and procedures, says Spiermann (international law, U. o... Copenhagen), but also the practices of international legal argument that were developed for it. He draws on hitherto unpublished archival material to analyze the earlier body's contribution to international law in terms both of judicial techniques and of the development of legal principle.
