| 概要 | Coarse geometry is the study of spaces from a large-scale point of view. Early chapters of this book provide a general perspective on coarse structures, while later chapters review notions of negative...curvature and rigidity. Final chapters discuss recent results on asymptotic dimension and uniform embeddings into Hilbert space. There is also a review of the construction of Skandalis, Tu, and Yu, which allows for the encoding of a large-scale structure of a bounded geometry space by means of a suitable groupoid.
