| 概要 | Explains the Dual Boundary Element Method of representing cracks in concrete, which is based on the displacement boundary integral equation applied on one crack surface and the traction boundary integ...al equation on the other. Then explains the Fictitious Crack Model for representing the fracture process zone in concrete, and shows how engineers can combine the two to simulate crack growth in concrete in a straightforward manner, computing the crack increment direction for each crack extension increment without any remeshing. After a introduction to cracking in concrete structures and the Boundary Element Method, provides more details of each, describes crack analysis in plain and reinforced concrete and problems in pull-out tests, offers conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis, and suggests directions for future research.
