After explaining his theoretical project by explicating the concept of governmentality-- the "diagrams of power relations and discourses of knowledge that make liberal government both thinkable and possible"--and the ways indigenous legal activism "haunts" governmentality, he provides "dossiers of resistance" or texts of legal activism to demonstrate these strategies of resistance.
