| 概要 | Just passing its first decade of enforcement, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been accused of creating a "lifelong buffet of perks, special breaks and procedural protections" for undeser...ing individuals. After researching the appellate judicial decisions regarding the three major titles of the ADA, Colker (constitutional saw, Ohio State U.) disputes that characterization and concludes that decisions have been overwhelmingly pro-defendant, although recently the pendulum has been swinging back in a pro- plaintiff direction.
