| 概要 | Coverage begins with the physiology of the newborn and continues through a total of 69 chapters covering standard subject matter in the field as well as hot topics such as minimally invasive surgery, ...rology, bariatric surgery, and robotic surgery. The interior design is new for this fourth edition as are 175 line drawings and photographs. Emphasis is on thoracoscopic, laparoscopic, and in utero procedures and on clinically focused guidance for a broad spectrum of disorders. The first edition was published in 1980; the previous (third edition), in 2000. Editors Keith W. Ashcraft George Whitfield Holcomb III, and J. Patrick Murphy are all affiliated with the U. of Missouri-Kansas City; contributions are from some 125 doctors in the US (with a few exceptions).
