Their book is intended as a comprehensive overview of PPPs and their operations around the world, mixing academic and practitioner perspectives. Over the course of 10 chapters they discuss the origins of partnerships, partnerships and conventional procurement of infrastructure, the structure of partnership agreements, risk management, the governance of partnerships, and PPPs in emerging markets.
