| 概要 | Based on the arguments made toward the 1994 US decision to trade with China, this study provides an analysis of the issue of human rights within trade agreements. The views on the issue according to v...rious political theories are analyzed before Morris (Old Dominion U.) examines other cases, then sets the 1994 agreement within a context of past US policy on human rights and trade and in light of the power of "economic interdependencies".
