Technical and scientific terms are typically defined in quite brief fashion, whereas some issues, such as "bottles" or "plastics" receive far broader attention. Legislative and governance issues are presented, but with a generally British/European perspective. This perspective is also evident in the listing of organizations presented in an appendix.
