| 概要 | The Pilot Project on State Practice regarding State Succession & Issues of Recognition was approved by the Ad Hoc Committee of Legal Advisers (CAHDI) of the Council of Europe in March 1994. It covers ...he period from 1989 to 1995. 16 member States of the Council of Europe submitted national reports, namely: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, the Slovak Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey & the United Kingdom. The report is complemented with substantial documentary appendices, including selected texts of the Pilot Project: national contributions in the form of short national files, original documents sent in by the respective national rapporteurs, excerpts from such documents, etc. This selection is intended to be as representative as possible of the Pilot Project & therefore covers not only the different cases of state succession & the different issues addressed in the core of the report, but also other cases. Le Projet Pilote concernant la succession d'Etat et les questions de reconnaissance a ete approuve par le Comite ad hoc des Conseillers juridiques sur le droit international public (CAHDI) du Conseil de l'Europe en mars 1994. Il couvre la periode 1989 a 1995. Seize Etats membres du Conseil de l'Europe ont soumis des rapports nationaux, a savoir: l'Autriche, la Belgique, la Republique Tcheque, le Danemark, la Finlande, la France, la Republique Federale d'Allemagne, la Grece, l'Italie, les Pays-Bas, la Norvege, la Republique Slovaque, la Suede, la Suisse, la Turquie et le Royaume-Uni. Ce rapport est complete d'annexes documentaires substantielles comprenant des textes selectionnes du Projet Pilote: contributions nationales sous forme de courts rapports nationaux, documents originaux envoyes par les rapporteurs nationaux respectifs, extraits de tels documents, etc. Cette selection vise a Ltre aussi representative que possible du Projet Pilote et donc couvre, non seulement les differents cas de succession d'Etats et les differentes questions qui constituent le corps du rapport, mais aussi d'autres cas. 続きを見る |
