| 概要 | Strickland chronicles the history of the Heart Disease, Cancer, and Stroke Amendments of 1965, subsequently known as Regional Medical Plans. He finds that the underlying problem inhibiting realization...of the program has not altered much in the subsequent 35 years: the pluralistic character of American society in general and of the aggregate known as the health care system in particular.
