| 概要 | The ILOLEX CD-ROM contains the trilingual (English/French/Spanish) database of the International Labour Organisation pertaining to international labour standards with its computer programme (search & ...etrieval software). Each language version contains the ILO Conventions, ILO Recommendations, the Triannual Report of the Committee on Freedom of Association from 1985, Comments of the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions & Recommendations from 1987, the Annual Report of the Conference Committee on the Application of Standards from 1987, the Reports of Committees & Commissions established under Arts. 24 & 26 of the ILO Constitution to investigate representations & complaints, ratification lists by Convention & by country, & the ILO Constitution. The ILOLEX CD-ROM will be of interest to academic & other institutional libraries interested in labour law as well as the 'ILO-constituency'. The International Labour Organisation (ILO) is a specialised agency of the United Nations dealing with social issues. It is characterized by tripartism: representatives of governments, employers' organisations & workers' organisations take part in ILO decision making. As of 13 January 1992 it had 153 member states. One of the primary functions of the ILO is the establishment of international legal instruments, like Conventions & Recommendations, dealing with inter alia human rights, occupational health & safety, social security, conditions of work, child labour. The whole body of international legal instruments are referred to as the international labour standards or Code.
