This work includes coverage of developments in the effectuation of European environmental law such as treaties, decisions, key meetings, accords, & ratifications of existing agreements, in a separate section entitled 'Systems'; cases decided by the European Court of Justice & other European courts issuing relevant decisions (such as the European Court of Human Rights) organized by case number & also identified by topic so that the reader may scan the table of contents for decisions of interest; & reference to community legislation (treaty texts & a consolidated table of enacted & proposed secondary EC legislation).
