| 概要 | Alexander, a third-century Greek, presents a favorable account of Aristotle's view that infinite causal chains are impossible, put forth in book two; and examines line-by-line his treatment of the cen...ral problems of metaphysics, explained in book three. The two commentaries were translated and are indexed separately. Annotation copyrighted by Book News, Inc., Portland, OR Alexander discusses almost line by line Aristotle's thinking on such fundamentals as the nature of metaphysics, the basic laws of logic, types of ambiguity, and the falsity of subjectivism.
