The main purpose of this study is to make clear the possibility of practical maintenance policy in the grassland at Aso Area. First, we made clear the relations between calf breeding farmers and maintenance activities of grassland at Aso area, and estimated the future conditions of call breeding farmers at Aso area. Second, according to the research of maintenance activities in each town at Aso area, it was clear the present conditions of maintenance activities, and it's problems and cost in each maintenance activities. Third, the analysis of coffers about maintenance activities lead to the findings that the coffers from tax to the tourists in Aso area can cover the maximum cost of maintenance activities.
