| Abstract |
A man has his motivation to do exercise. The aim of this paper is to examine adequate ways of exercise and motivation by analyzing the number of participants and their records in the 30 km road race b...y age, and to make clear the changes of endurance according to age. Through the discussions we conclude : the highest age-group among the participants is in the forties. There is a high correlation between the record and the age among higher rankers. The record lowers by 1.70sec/km as they grow older by one year.
男子30キロ走における年齢別の参加人数と記録について、その特性が明らかになった。20代から年齢が高くなるに従って参加人数が増加し、40代後半が最も多かった。上位者の記録は年齢と相関か高く、その傾きは1.70であった。本研究が30キロ走への挑戦意欲を高めるとともに、適正なペースの確立に寄与できるとともに、さらに、わが国最大の健康問題である「生活習慣病」予防の一助になれば幸いである。show more
