Japanese agriculture has been carried on by family farms for a long time. We recognize that things are the same not only on developing countries but also on developed countries. But now Japanese family farms are facing to a big turning point. Without thinking of this problem, we cannot show agriculture's future. At the point of world wide environmental deterioration. We must consider biological reproduction as well as economical reproduction. Industrial development depends on the natural resources, and never produces itself. So, the resources only decrease. But on the other hand, biological production depends on the reproducible resources. If it could not reproduce the resources, the production could fall into reduced reproduction. And agriculture sector couldn't change from pre-capitalistic system to capitalistic farm. Most of agricultural management operate as a family-operated business. The difference between capitalistic business and non-capitalistic business is a management purpose. On the capitalistic business, the purpose is to get a profit and to get moreprofit. On the family-operated business, the purpose is to get income and to have a good life, especially the latter is a final aim. So, as long as going on their life, they need not change their business form. But, according to the economical development, they must earn more money for life. The more commoditization and socialization (externalization) went on, the more autarchy reduced. Same phenomenon occured on the household budget in the age of mass production and consumption. As the result it changed their mode of life. Nevertheless their basic pattern is a simple production, their income must increase and their consumption level must go up. Like this, both family farm and household budget have been running the same way. But in the controllable capitalistic form, the non-capitalistic form never disappear. Moreover, it's very important to recognize the non-capitalistic economical logic.
