Notes	本稿では，自閉症・アスペルガー障害の診断を有する未就学児を対象とした小集団療育の経過を振り返り，参加児童の対人希求性や集団活動への適応を促す小集団療育プログラムの在り方について考察した。筆者が所属する某児童発達センターにおいて，自閉症などの診断を有する集団参加の難しいAとBの2名の参加児童に対し，以下の3つの工夫を行った。①対象児の関心の在り方や活動参加の在り方に対して受容的な態度を示したこと，②ペアでの協力課題を通して，他児を意識して活動に取り組みながら，遊びにおいて達成感を経験させること，③ジェスチャー遊びやごっこ遊びを取り入れ，その中で他児と協力して表現することの楽しさを経験させることを行った。その結果，参加児童の他者への肯定的な関心が高まり，向社会的な行動が見られるようになった。集団遊びの中で構造的に他者との適切な関わりを経験し，他者と快情動を共有するような集団療育プログラムの有効性が示唆された。
Notes	In this study, a treatment program was conducted with preschool children with autism spectrum disorder or Asperger's disorder. By reviewing the process, we investigated treatment program's efficacy in promoting infants' interpersonal desires and adaptation to group activities. We did three ingenuity for two infants diagnosed autism spectrum disorder who had difficulty participating in activities at a development center. First, we studied their interests and how they participated in activities. Second, through cooperative tasks in pairs, we helped the infants experience a sense of accomplishment in play while remaining conscious of others. Third, we helped them experience the fun of expressing themselves in cooperation with others by incorporating gestures and pretend play. As a result, they paid positive attention to others and engaged in social actions. This study suggests that the treatment program was effective in helping infants with autism spectrum disorder experience appropriate involvement with other sand to share pleasant emotions with others in structural group play.
