| 概要 | The present authors have carried out through the experiments in long channels in order to study the scale of sand ripples in connexion with their influences on the character of flow and sediment trans...port. At first the measurements of the scale and advance velocity of the ripples are described and they are discussed relating with the hydraulic conditions of the flow. And further it is pointed out that there exists a close correlation between the equivalent roughness of the flow and the scale of the sand ripples and that the rate of transport of the sediment appreciably decreases under the equal tractive force, being influenced by the existence of the sand ripples.続きを見る |
