Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dissilusionment experience on perspectives in the adaptation process of newcomers. A PM-survey conducted at the times of entrance and 4 months..., 3 years later. The main results are follows; 1) During the first 4 months, newcomers-espesially women-began to lose interest in the job and human relations. 2) The disillusionment was related to human relations with their seniors.
血液型(ABO式)が仕事意欲、モラールに及ぼす効果を明らかにするために実証的研究を行った。得られた結果の主なものは、次の通りである。1.血液型と仕事意欲やモラールとの関係はみられなかった。2.仕事意欲やモラールとの関係はみられたのは、上司のリーダーシップで、PM型がもっともモラールが高く、pm型がもっとも低かった。
