Japanese capitalism developed into the industrialized country through the First World War. Not only light industries, but heavy industries began to develop at this period. As this growth was very rapid, so it needs many new labor force. A lot of farmers and farm household members flowed to city side. This phenomenon have been continuing, without a few years after the Second World War. Population engaged in farming began to decrease at this period. The other side, according to the increase in city side population, foods demand increase too. So, agriculture form change from mainly selfsufficient production to mainly commodity production. And, with spreading the chance of getting money, farmers raise their hope. They tried to get more income, and were anxious to add more field. But, their growth had a limit. Their movement drew circle, so it cloud not grow to be a capitalistic farm. In order to highly developing of capitalic economy, agricultural sector kept family-operated business. As increasing of city side population, it’s’ style of living established gradually. The living style of city was different from rural. In this period 2 ways were running parallel.
