概要 Recent anthropogenic NOx emission trend over East Asia between the year 2000 and 2012 was analyzed based on the GEOS Chem chemical transport model (CTM), tropospheric NO_2 vertical column density (VCD...) from four environment monitoring satellites and REAS Ver 2.1 emission inventory. GEOS Chem model was applied to Asian domain with 0.5°x0.667° resolution, and NO_2 lifetime parameters were modified to have a better agreement with observations. Analysis of satellite NO_2 VCD observation over CEC (Central East China) shows that its concentration level has been increasing with 10 %/year between 2000 — 2005. GEOS Chem simulation by REAS emission inventory well reproduced the satellite observation trend up to the year 2008. Relationship between NOx emission intensity and NOy budget components (such as NO, NO_2, N_2O_5, HNO_3 and Nitrate) were examined, and we confirmed the high linear regression (NO_2_VCD = 0.47 + 0.0118 x NOx_emission in 10^<15> moleculues/cm^2 unit; R^2=0.996) over the CEC region. This relationship indicates that the satellite observed NO_2 VCD is a very good measure for NOx emission intensity change.続きを見る
