| 概要 |
On the basis of a case study about high school graduates maladapted to community life, a management program was provided 16 times for their career development. As a result, this program was organized ...with multiple psychological approaches including lectures on psychological education, practices, group work, counseling, and interviews with parents. In addition, a stepwise approach was also organized according to the mental phases of the participants. This approach developed from understanding of both oneself and others as the first step, to group work with verbal and nonverbal communication as the second, to self-conflict induced by intervention from outsiders and efforts toward overcoming as the third, and to self-acceptance and the germ of intrinsic motivation for social participation. In encouraging understanding of both oneself and others, self-acceptance and spontaneous motivation of the participants, difficulties in relationships were understood, so possible further support from clinical psychology was expected.続きを見る
