| 概要 |
Highly sensitive determination of Vitamin B2, B12, L1 and K3 has been carried out using the laser multiphoton ionization method. The laser (337 or 355 nm) was softly focused on the surface of aqueous ...sample solutions. The photoionization charge of the vitamins was quadratically proportional to the laser pulse energy, indicating a two-photon ionization process. The detection limits were in the ppb range and was almost equal to those ebtained using a fluorescence spectrophotometer.続きを見る
